The Art of Fitness Chicago was founded by Terry Young, a certified personal trainer and master karate instructor. Terry Sensei as he is known by many of his karate friends wanted to bring a high quality fitness center to the community in which he lived.

Boot Camp

The Power Boot Camp

Looking for an early morning workout that will jump start your day, then we've got just the class for you.  Our Power Boot Camp utilizes training concepts that are both cardio and resistance training focused.  We'll push you to be your very best using, calesthentics, dumbells, kettlebells, jump ropes and many other fitness related items.

Kettlebell Boot Camp
Our Kettlebell Boot Camp is totally high energy.  If you're looking for a class that will challenge your endurance and strength, we have it.  We use kettlebells as the primary fitness tool but we also use a variety of boot camp training tools.
